VERMONT NATIONAL COUNTRY CLUB, South Burlington, Vermont DINING ROOM MANAGER
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION: Burlington Vermont National Country Club is an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature designed golf course in South Burlington, Vermont. On-site facilities include a Junior Olympic swimming pool, two Har-Tru tennis courts, a 30 seat bar, 80 seat dining room, 60 seat veranda and a 40 seat private dining room. The club is located in a residential area within close proximity to Lake Champlain, University of Vermont and the city of.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have fine dining experience, country club dining experience is preferred. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of wine and be committed to maintaining and exceeding service standards to the membership. The applicant should be a team player, desire a busy work schedule particularly in the summer months, show the ability to train and mentor staff, work cohesively with the Executive Chef and Banquet Manager, oversee all staff scheduling, beverage ordering, as well as supervise on-course beverage cart staff.
COMPENSATION: Base Salary of $40,000-$42,500, candidate will not work during the months of January and February.
