EXECUTIVE CHEF

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Thorny Lea Golf Club is a private, member owned and governed golf club established in 1900. The Club offers member ala carte dining, 180 seat ballroom, 80 seat private dining room and an on course halfway house.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Executive chef or sous chef with at least 3 years experience in a private club environment. Must be proficient in food and labor controls and able to direct staff in a hands on manner.

COMPENSATION:
Competitive salary, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefit package.
