CLUB MANAGER

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Bellevue Golf Club is a 110 year old private club with 385 members. The Club is open ten months of the year and features a nine hole golf course, four tennis courts, pool, snack bar, Formal Dining Room (125 seats), Casual Pub (60 seats), and Cocktail Lounge (40 seats).

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Job duties include hiring, training, disciplining, supervising of restaurant and beverage staff. Candidate must be able to motivate staff to ensure the highest standards of quality service on a consistent basis. The Manager will be required to work cooperatively with the Chef, Golf Professional, the Tennis Professional and the Pool Director and their respective committees. The Candidate will be interacting on a daily basis with members and guests and will be expected to exhibit the highest level of customer service and attention to detail.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years experience in a food service operation; preferably in a private club setting, have been in a supervisory role, and be proficient in beverage purchasing, pricing and controls. Candidate must have a professional appearance, strong communication and organizational skills with an outgoing personality. Candidate must have good computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience and includes incentives for booking outside functions.
