FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Oakley Country Club is a 111 year old private club with 525 members. The Club is open year round and features an 18 hole Donald Ross designed golf course, 3 tennis courts, pool, snack bar, Grille Room (100 seats), Formal Dining Room (60 seats), Pub (35 seats) and Ballroom (250 seats).

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Job duties include hiring, training, disciplining, supervising the staff and restaurant supervisors and be able to motivate staff to ensure the highest standards of quality service on a consistent basis. The candidate will be interacting on a daily basis with members and guests and will be expected to exhibit the highest level of customer service and attention to detail. 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years experience in a food service operation; preferably in a supervisory role and be proficient in beverage purchasing, pricing and controls. Candidate must have a professional appearance, strong communication and organizational skills with an outgoing personality. Candidate must be skilled in the use of Excel, Word, Jonas and Publisher.

COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience
