DESCRIPTION:
The
Stratton Mountain Club is a private slope side alpine club offering casual and
fine dining, full concierge service, private parking, exclusive lift access,
lockers and ski valet, rooms for kids, a Great Room with large fireplace,
comfortable furnishings, and a casual unhurried atmosphere.
POSITION
DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal
candidate will possess a wide-ranging knowledge of wine and have fine
dining/private club experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities include weekly wine ordering and monthly inventory, wine and
food pairings, weekly wine specials, staff supervision, scheduling and training
and booking reservations.
We require
strong communication, sales and organizational skills, an outgoing personality,
with a strong professional appearance and team attitude. You will be
interacting on a daily basis with members and guests and you will be expected
to exhibit the highest level of customer service and attention. You must be
skilled in the use of Excel, Word and Publisher.
