FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
The Foxborough Country Club is a semi private, member-owned facility located approximately 30 miles southwest of Boston. Established in 1955, FCC has 425 members and features an 18 hole golf course. The newly renovated clubhouse has upwards of 180 seats for dining. Annual revenues total $2 million while dues revenue is approximately $1 million. Food and beverage sales are approximately $500,000.

- 5,000 square foot Clubhouse
- 180 seat restaurant; Grill Room--30/formal dining--150
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The GM shall be responsible for the day to day operations of the Club, reporting directly to a 12-person Board of Governors. Manages all aspects of the club with special attention given to clubhouse operations with respect to food & beverage management, event planning, and maximizing member satisfaction. Creates, implements, and monitors all FCC budgets, and oversees the work of all department heads. Improves the standing of FCC with its members, guests, employees, community and industry.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
BS or equivalent; 5 years experience in golf course management/operations; solid computer skills, including MS Office

Commensurate with experience
