SOUS CHEF
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Rhode Island Country Club, is a 400 Member Private Country Club. Situated on the shores of beautiful Narragansett bay. RICC has recently enjoyed a $7M course renovation. we offer two Member dining areas, formal & casual, banquet facilities for up to 200 persons, plus two seasonal snacks bars. RICC is the home of the CVS/Caremark Charity Classic. The Club is open 50 weeks per year.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must show a proven record of leadership, experience in designing menus and be able to work to a budget. Primary responsibility will be Member dining. Sous chef must have a Member's first attitude.
JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
45-50k dependent on experience. Health care, 401k, vacation & personal time.
