The Woods Hole Golf Club is a member owned private golf club located in the Village of Woods Hole in the Town of Falmouth on spectacular Cape Cod. The Club was founded in 1899, and  has 360 golf members amongst a total membership of 475. US Open Champion Francis Ouimet played the inaugural round on the new course in 1919, carding a score of 72. Since those early days, the club has hosted numerous US and Massachusetts Golf Association qualifying and championship events.

Demonstrated people skills for dealing with staff, associates, volunteer boards, committees and membership is a must.  This position requires an individual with solid oral and written communication skills for our Club's and Board's presentations, reports and newsletters.   Candidate must have references to support their experience to successfully manage our staff of 20 to 45.

JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and education. A bonus program; a 401K retirement plan; health, dental, life, and disability insurance; and continuing education including CMAA membership, are all part of the package that will be offered to the successful candidate.

DEADLINE: 11/15/2008 - Would like new clubhouse manager to start Jan. 2009 to prepare for season.
