EXECUTIVE CHEF
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Thorny Lea Golf Club is a full service, member owned golf club established in 1900. The Club offers member a la carte dining, a 180 person ballroom, a 80 person private dining room and an on course halfway house.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Executive Chef or experienced Sous Chef with a minimum of 5 yrs. experience in a private club.Must be proficient in menu and labor costs and able to direct kitchen staff in a hands on manner.
JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
Comprehensive Benefit Package to include health, dental, and disability insurance, vacation,professional association dues, etc. Competitive salary based on experience.
