FACILITIES DESCRIPTION: The University Club is a 109 year old elegant private city club with over 700 active members. We are currently undergoing 2.5M renovation to enhance formal dining and expand informal dining. We have an excellent reputation for fine dining and gracious service to our members. Our Club boasts outdoor dining, private meeting spaces, an exercise facility, and two squash courts. The Club has about $1.2 million in annual Food & Beverage sales.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: The University Club is seeking an experienced Assistant manager responsible for all front house operations. Includes hiring, training & supervision of waitstaff, food runners, bartenders and bar backs. Strong communication skills, good work ethic, computer literate & inventory cost control. Knowledge of wine, liquor and beverage a plus. Banquet sales.
JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION: $40,000 - 45,000 Annual salary with excellent benefits.
