DINING ROOM MANAGER
 


FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Concord, Massachusetts is a town rich in cultural heritage, famous as both the site of one of the first battles of the American Revolution and home of authors Alcott, Emerson, Hawthorne and Thoreau.   This is one of the country's top quality-of-life communities and sits just 20 minutes from Boston.  

Nashawtuc Country Club is a casually elegant, family-oriented private club with a diverse membership.  NCC features a championship 18 hole golf course, designed by Geoffrey S. Cornish which annually hosts the Bank of America Champions Tour event.   This club uniquely enjoys a long wait list and no homes on the golf course.

NCC enjoys an active successful dining operation including The Member's Dining Room that seats 110, function rooms that seat 220 and the Member's Pub that seats 50.  The Club is open 6 days per week, 11 months per year.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years management experience, and prior fine dining and banquet experience, preferably in a club setting. The candidate must possess a sense of urgency in member service, as well as an ability to create a harmonious and team-oriented working environment for the staff, be willing to lead by example, and command the respect of an experienced team of wait staff. The candidate will be expected to maintain high visibility with the membership in the main dining room and other areas as needed. This position will report to the Director of Food and Beverage. Four year degree preferred, but not necessary, hospitality schooling and POS experience a plus.

JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer medical, vacation, and paid time off as well as a company 401k after the first year of service. Life Insurance, long and short term disability is also available. The club is committed to providing the successful candidate with the tools and knowledge for future advancement in the club field through a CMAA membership.
