BANQUET CHEF
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
The Nashua Country Club is a full service private Country Club established in 1916. The Club has a recently renovated 18-hole Donald Ross golf course, 4 Har-tru clay courts, an olympic-size outdoor swimming pool, snack bar, curling rink, Grill & Formal dining areas. The Clubhouse is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner all year round, and seldom open for banquet breakfasts. An extremely high expectation for member satisfaction is a must.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
NCC is seeking a highly motivated, Banquet Chef to oversee the Banquet foodservice. The ideal candidate for the Banquet Chef must be a self motivated and possess strong leadership abilities. Three to five years of previous banquet experience is essential. Strong hospitality skills & attention to detail is a must. Must be flexible to work when needed.
