EXECUTIVE CHEF
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Seasonal Yacht Club (May-Dec). 250 Members . Very active membership . 60-110 covers a night. 225 max for events. Formed in 1923. $400,000 total F&B revenue 2006 Complete Dining Room/Kitchen Renovation in 2003/4.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
The Executive Chef is primarily responsible for the culinary direction for the Club specifically pertaining to a la carte dining, private and club events as well as sailing events. He or She will also be directly responsible for the proper training of all culinary and is responsible for the effective management of their departmental budget including food cost, labor cost and departmental expenses. This individual is responsible for providing a productive, safe and energetic work environment.Job would fit well with chef who travels to a seasonal location for winter months.
JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
Salary $44,000 - 48,000 Seasonal position. Full benefit package to include 100% health coverage, holiday bonus program, and simple IRA. Housing available.
