MEMBER SERVICES SPECIALIST



FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Spring Valley is one of the premier private golf and country clubs in the Boston area. The club has 250 members who play approximately 13,000-18,000 annual rounds of golf per year on a newly reconstructed 210 acre golf course. Club amenities include newly constructed locker rooms, four Championship quality Har-Tru tennis courts, an outdoor pool area featuring a heated oversized pool, a kiddie pool, playground and an adjacent restaurant. Formal dining or casual dining in our grille and exquisite facilities for social activities, weddings and special events.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
 This member services specialist will ensure proper organization and execution of all member and guest related services. Also a professional self motivated / self starter you will coordinate and host member orientation programs, aide in membership sales, promote all member related events and maintain the clubs reservation systems. Becoming the liaison for locker room, pro shop, tennis shop and swimming facility services for members and guests will be key. Creative utilization of all club resources to keep the member informed is a required goal. Sophistication with a fun loving attitude to problem solving is necessary and a genuine desire to please your guests is a must. Service related young professionals and interns are encouraged to apply. A degree in hospitality / resort management is preferred but not necessary. Previous country club experience or private club focused educational history is desired.


JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
