Spring Valley is one of the premiere private golf and country clubs in the Boston area. The club has 250 members who play approximately 13,000-18,000 annual rounds of golf per year. Club amenities include newly constructed locker rooms, four Championship quality Har-Tru tennis courts, an outdoor pool area featuring a heated oversized pool, a kiddie pool, playground and an adjacent restaurant. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER



FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Established in 1961, Spring Valley is one of the premier private golf and country clubs in the Boston area. The club has 250 members who play approximately 13,000-18,000 annual rounds of golf per year. Club amenities include newly constructed locker rooms, four Championship quality Har-Tru tennis courts, an outdoor pool area featuring a heated oversized pool, a kiddie pool, playground and an adjacent restaurant. Formal dining or casual dining in our grille and exquisite facilities for social activities, weddings and special events. 

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
The Assistant General Manager assists in overseeing the clubhouse operations including member services, function, social events, and maintenance of all club staff including pool, locker rooms and housekeeping. The right candidate would be an organized hardworking mentor trainer with stamina who is patient understanding, positive, genuine, honest, caring, diplomatic, likeable, energetic self motivated and happy. This forward thinker would be computer savvy, a good listener and would be fun to be around. Progressive management experience in food and beverage operations a must and a degree in hospitality / resort management preferred but not necessary. Previous country club experience or private club focused educational history required.

JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
Salary, $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 Health, dental, vacation, clothing and educational consideration. NECMA and CMAA membership packages.
