BANQUET MANAGER
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Blue Hill Country Club is a family-oriented, member owned, private country club that is blessed with 27 holes of championship golf. The main course was designed in 1925 by Eugene “Skip” Wogan, one of golf’s premier course architects of the Classic Period. In 1961 Mr. Wogan’s son, Phil Wogan designed the 9 - hole Challenger Course.
In 1956 Blue Hill hosted the PGA Championship and from 1991-1997; it hosted the Ping/Welch stop on the LPGA Tour. Both courses offer a wonderful experience to golfers of all levels and have recently been restored to their classic splendor by Ron Prichard who specializes in Donald Ross golf course restorations. Blue Hill also has an olympic size pool, tennis courts, practice facilities, two large function halls, members dining areas, meeting areas.
Blue Hill Country Club’s Starlight Ballroom features a spacious dance floor, views of our 27 Hole Championship Golf Course and can accommodate up to 280 guests. For more intimate social events the Fairview Room is ideal for groups up to 130 guests.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in functions at a Country Club perferred. Computer literate with Jonas applications perferred but will train. Candidate should be experienced in scheduling and training of waitpersons as well as operating functions and member event.
JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
Full benefit package available with compensation based on experience.
