EXECUTIVE CHEF
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Full-service Private club in Western Massachusetts with 500 active social and golfing members. 18 hole Championship Golf course, Tennis, Pool. Clubhouse with casual and formal dining areas, outside terrace, function and meeting rooms. Lunch and dinner served 6 days per week in season plus Monday outings, and 4-5 days off season
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
We are seeking a hands-on culinary leader and professional, with extensive experience in the country club setting or equivalent experience in an upscale hotel or full-service restaurant. Candidates with Culinary Degree preferred.
JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience. Submit salary requirements with cover letter and resume. Health insurance, 401K, vacation, education allowance
