ASSISTANT DINING ROOM MANAGER


FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Ledgemont Country Club, a private club established in 1924, has an 18 hole course, Member's Grill that seats 80, Bar/Living Room area that seats 80, Private Function Room that seats 250, ladies card room that converts into a seating of 80, 6 Tennis Courts, Pool and Snack Bar

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years Dining Room management experience and prior banquet experience, preferably in a club setting. The candidate must possess a commanding presence, a sense of urgency in member service, a fine attention to detail as well as an ability to create a team-oriented working environment for the staff and be willing to lead by example. You will be expected to maintain high visibility with the membership.

The Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager and work under the direction of the Dining Room Manager. This manager will back up the Dining Room Manger during parties and dinner hours. Four year degree preferred, but not necessary, hospitality schooling a plus. This is a seasonal position from March 15 to December 1.

JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
