ASSISTANT MANAGER
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Premiere 12 acre property on Nantucket Island built 3 years ago as an old fashioned field club. 12 tennis courts, 3 grass courts, croquet pitch, pool with cafe, spa & fitness center, 28' fishing boat, 77' yacht, sailing program, Jr. Camp, sports clinics, paddle & squash courts, 7 overnight rooms, 125 seat dining room, staff housing for 60 employees,
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires a person that possesses exceptional interpersonal relations skills that will be used to interface with a prestigious well-traveled membership and with our very valued staff. High energy, poise, professionalism and the projection of a positive personal image are attributes we hold in high esteem. Must have 1 - 3 years experience in an established private club environment. Solid F&B foundation is desired. Bachelor's degree from an accredited hospitality institution is preferred.
JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
100% coverage of Health, Dental, Vision; Matching 4% 401K program; 2 weeks vacation; CMAA membership and aggressive education package based on performance; use of Fitness Facilities. The club will pay usual and customary fees associated with interviewing.
