The course rating is 70.6 and it has a slope rating of 128 on Rye grass. Designed by Walter Johnson, the Potowomut golf course opened in 1927. Joanna Abad manages the course as the General Manager. Member owned with approximately 300 members. Club is open year round with annual sales volume of $1.4 million. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: The Executive Chef is responsible for all a la carte and banquet operations. He/She is responsible for the effective management of departmental budget including food cost. This is a hands-on position. Minimum if 5 years experience in a private club setting JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience.  Includes health, dental benefits and golf privileges. 401k is coming.
