FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Oakley Country Club is a 109 year old private club with 525 members. The Club is open year round and features the first 18 hole course that Donald Ross designed in America, 3 tennis courts, pool, snack bar, Grille Room (100 seats), Formal Dining Room (60 seats), Pub (35 seats) and Ballroom (250 seats).
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Three years experience supervising/managing a staff in a la carte food service operation. Candidate must be outgoing, organized, professional in appearance and demeanor, well spoken and be able to exceed member expectations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Jonas Software. Job duties include hiring, training, disciplining, supervising the staff. The Food and Beverage Manager must be proficient in beverage purchasing, pricing and control. Able to motivate staff to ensure the highest standards of quality service on a consistent basis.
JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
Compensation based on experience and qualifications. This is a year round, full time position. Benefits include medical and dental benefits, 401K, NECMA Membership, Vacation and Sick Time.
