Facilities include an 18 hole Donald Ross Course, Paddle Courts, Tennis Courts and Pool. Dining Facilities include a 130 seat casual Grill Room, a 40 seat Cape Club. The Club has seating for 250 for events. Club is open 12 months, but closed two weeks in January.  Club does $2.1M in Food & Beverage. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS The Executive Chef is responsible for all a la carte and banquet operations. He/she is responsible for the effective management of departmental budget including food cost. This is a hands-on position. Minimum of 5 years experience in a private club setting. JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION Salary $60,000 --- $80,000 commensurate with experience. Plus club employee benefits.
