MANAGER OF OPERATIONS & FINANCE
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Race Brook was founded in 1912 and is a private, member-owned club. It has 27 holes of golf and 375 golfing members. The clubhouse was completely reconstructed in 2002 and features a dining facility that can accomodate parties of 350 people, a grill room, cocktail lounge and porch and patio dining. Golf-only.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
This is a new management position which will report to the Board of Governors and have full responsibility for all clubhouse operations - accounting, food & Beverage, office and clubhouse maintenance. The position will assist the golf and greens management in administrative matters relating to their duties. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in club management, direct responsibility for accounting and food & beverage management, and demonstrated expertise in human- and computer-resource management
DEADLINE: Ideal start date is in September
JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION: $90,000-$110,000 plus other club employee benefits.
