LANAM CLUB, Andover, Massachusetts EXECUTIVE CHEF FACILITIES DESCRIPTION: Lanam Club is one of the areas premier private business and social dining club with 300 active members. The club is located 30 miles north of Boston in Andover Massachusetts. In addition to fine dining, the club offers various private function rooms including a three season outdoor pavilion. The club is open six days a week September-May and five days during the summer months. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: The Executive Chef is responsible for managing the food production and upholding the standards of food preparation and presentation. Manages the daily kitchen functions providing technical training and practical instruction for staff while contributing to the success and profitability of the club. Responsible for the effective management of the departmental budget including food cost, labor cost and departmental expenses. The ideal candidate must be detailed, creative and demonstrate a high level of leadership qualities and managerial skills. Culinary degree and a minimum of five years related experience required. JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION: Salary is $60,000-$75,000 based on experience and certifications. Performance and holiday bonus. Benefits to include medical and dental insurance, vacation and 401K.
