LANAM CLUB, Andover, Massachusetts DIRECTOR OF MEMBER SERVICES FACILITIES DESCRIPTION: Lanam Club is one of the areas premier private business and social dining club with 300 active members. The club is located 30 miles north of Boston in Andover Massachusetts. In addition to fine dining, the club offers various private function rooms including a three season outdoor pavilion. The club is open six days a week September-May and five days during the summer months. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: The Director of Member Services is responsible for the development and implementation of the Club's marketing and sales objectives. Represents the Club in community activities and organizations to provide community awareness of the Club and to develop sources for prospective Club members. Promotes the Club's dining facilities for private banquets and business meetings and other related activities through active member marketing, local advertising and community relations. Oversees all administrative and operational aspects of preparing and serving events. Develops and implements programs, projects and activities designed to increase and retain membership in the club. A successful candidate will be detailed, creative and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.  A leader who exemplifies solid sales, marketing and operations ability. Minimum 5-7 years experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook are required. Professional appearance and demeanor, proven ability to effectively foster and sustain relationships within and between departments. Excellent diplomacy, customer service and presentation skills and abilities are necessary. JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION: Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
