CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate must be sophisticated, poised, well groomed, and create a presence within our dining rooms. A thorough knowledge of white table cloth service, including bar/beverage service and wines; this individual must be proactive, anticipating member and guest needs. Training of both wait and bus staff, POS (Jonas) knowledge, proper opening and closing procedures of a dining room, staff scheduling, are among the many other criteria required for this position. COMPENSATION: $49,000 - $50,000/year with at least 3-5 years of experience. This is a year-round, full-time position, with limited service during the winter months.
