We are a full service field club catering to a very affluent clientèle in a highly seasonal setting. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: Perfect position for a person with fine-dining experience and/or education, who wishes to enter into Management. The Maitre D' assumes responsibility of the Management and Supervision of The Clubhouse Dining Room in the absence of the Food & Beverage Director. The Maitre D' will assist in all phases of the restaurant's operation including greeting and seating members and insuring prompt, efficient and courteous service. REQUIREMENTS: ~Strong command of the English language combined with excellent verbal and written skills ~Minimum two-years experience in fine-dining or educational equivalent/general wine knowledge ~Proven ability to direct a multi-national service team ~Available June 1 thru Labor Day (minimum). JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION: This position offers a competitive base salary, along with many benefits including three meals/day. Housing is a possibility.
