CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Summary-The position is responsible for the management and oversight of the dining room and operations in the clubhouse of this prestigious and historic country club. Responsiblities include hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision for the Food and Beverage service staff; menu and wine list planning, function sales and supervision, inventory, ordering, and cost control procedures, POS management, extensive inter department and member communications and interaction; solid computer skills required along with related degree and/or 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a similar high end dining or private club environment; must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining energy, enthusiasm, and optimism.
