NASHUA COUNTRY CLUB, Nashua, New Hampshire CLUBHOUSE MANAGER Brief Job Description The clubhouse manager reports directly to the general manager and is responsible for the entire clubhouse operation including all food and beverage, swimming pool and tennis facility. Candidate Qualifications The clubhouse manager must be hands on and visible to the membership with experience in staffing, training and budgeting. This position is suited for a food and beverage director or current clubhouse manager with three to five years managerial experience in private club setting; excellent communication skills, both written and oral. A team leader who works well with other department heads. Educational Qualifications Hospitality or college degree preferred. The club will pay usual and customary fees associated with interviewing. The club will offer an employment contract/agreement to the successful candidate. The club has had 3 managers employed (in this position) in the past ten years.
