CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate must be energetic, personable, professional, positive, creative and confident. He or she will have excellent leadership, outstanding membership relations, good food and beverage knowledge and strong oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have proven successes with high levels of service with an eye for attention to detail. A proven record of strong financial management including budget creation are essential. Integrity and visibility are of the utmost importance to this membership along with strong interpersonal skills. The general manager will be responsible for overall club operations and will report to the board of governors. Must be willing to work long hours from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The board of governors feels strongly that a successful GM should be rewarded if established club goals are met or exceeded. 

JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:

Fully paid Family medical, dental, vacation, CMAA expenses, annual profit sharing/pension, discretionary annual bonus, housing allowance. Total Compensation Package = $90,000 to $110,000 depending upon employment history and experience.
