Polished written and oral communication skills are a pre-requisite, as are computer skills. Knowledge of POS systems a plus. Strong working knowledge of and passion for, food and beverage operations as well as an eye for detail and an engaging personality are very important. The successful candidate will have the ability to solve problems quickly and calmly, and must possess a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
