OAK HILL COUNTRY CLUB, Fitchburg, Massachusetts DINING ROOM MANAGER FACILITIES Oak Hill is an 85 year old, private country club with approximately 500 golf and social memberships. The Club is a full service, family oriented facility which features an 18-hole Donald Ross golf course, 7 clay tennis courts, large pool complex, snack bar, pro-shop, member dining and function facility that can accommodate as many as 300 individuals. The Club is open 7 days per week, nine months per year with annual revenues of approximately $2.8M. BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION The dining room manager is responsible along with the executive chef for the management and oversight of all food and beverage operations at the club. These responsibilities will include staffing, scheduling, training, budgeting, purchasing, receiving and financial accountability. He/she will be responsible for the day to day operation of all the food and beverage venues at the club. The dining room manager reports to the club manager and works directly with the house committee. He/she must be very visible and responsive to the membership. A minimum 3-5 years successful management experience in a private club, up-scale restaurant or hotel is required. Experience with Club Connect point-of-sales system and a college degree in Hospitality Management are considered a plus. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays required. Salary based on experience and includes health insurance, 401k, paid vacation and incentive bonus.
