SAMPLE:
The Name of the Club is a full service country club established in 1900. This 500 member (300 golf/200 social) private club is seeking a full time job opening title to oversee all its operations. The club has a 18-hole Donald Ross golf course, 2 Har-Tru tennis courts and a private beach. Full formal dining room services are available May through December; the clubhouse and casual dining rooms are open 7 days a week, 12 months of the year. The Club oversight provided by Board of Governors with a commitment to providing a high quality country club and golf facility. Total club budget is $4.25 million with non-dues revenues of $1.6 million. |

The ideal candidate for Job Opening Title at Club Name will be energetic, personable and professional. The candidate for the position will have excellent leadership abilities, member relation skills, detailed orientated, and knowledge of club operation including food and beverage, golf course maintenance and operation, and extensive experience with clubs of similar nature. Strong financial management skills are required. Candidates will demonstrate proven successes in the delivery of high levels of service and attention to detail. Integrity and visibility with strong interpersonal skills are a priority of the club membership. The Job Opening Title will be responsible for overall club operations and will report to the Club President and Board of Governors. |

| * JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION: |

SAMPLE:
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. A performance bonus will be awarded for the successful candidate after one year in the position. A comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan, leased transportation (club car), clothing and dry cleaning allowance, and a complete CMAA membership package including continuing education expenses and attendance at the annual CMAA World Conference on Club Management. The Club will offer an employment contract/agreement to the successful candidate. The Club will pay for all expenses for travel required for the job interviews including transportation (airfare), lodging, meals, and all incidents. |
