METACOMET COUNTRY CLUB, EAST PROVIDENCE, RI (08/04/2006)

CLUB MANAGER

Duties:
Duties will consist of Clubhouse, Banquet and Food & Beverage operations.

Facilities:
105 year old, member-owned country club with 383 members. Athletic facilities include an 18-hole Donald Ross designed course. Dining facilities include a 60 seat dining room with sit down bar and banquet facilities for 200.

Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for all Club operations and
services as liaison between the Board of Governors, committees and department heads. He/she will report directly to the Board of Governors and House Chairman. The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a hospitality concentration, and have five to ten years experience in a management position. The CCM designation is considered a plus. The club is open seven days weekly for twelve months per year.

Job Value:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan and CMAA membership package. The club will pay the usual and customary fees associated with interviewing. The Club will offer an employment contract/agreement to the successful candidate.
