Have you ever purchased a 1,000 piece puzzle without a picture on the front of the box? Is it possible to complete such a puzzle? The answer is yes, but if you don’t know what the puzzle looks like it will take you much longer to complete the task.
There are times that leadership is the same. We are minding our business and working our job and suddenly put into a leadership role that hasn’t been spelled out, or there is not a complete “picture” as to what your Leadership Role is.
In this program, The Leadership Path, Gordon Welch will share leadership secrets to keep you on the path to success.
The 911: What is the emergency? Gordon will share the response of a leader in many different “emergency” situations whether it is regarding the Club, Board, or family.
The Leader Within: Gordon will share his knowledge that each of us is “Born to Win” and what that looks like in our individual pathway to success.
Relational Leadership: How are your relationships with your staff, Board, Membership and Spouse? Great leaders deal with their relationships differently. Are you handling your relationships correctly?
Integrity: The heart of a long-lasting leader begins with integrity. Leaders must never compromise their integrity. How do you stay on track with your honor?
Balance: One of the most difficult areas for leaders is having balance. We will look at balance in your life and what to do if you are out of balance.
The Power of One: We will conclude with The Power of One. The Power of One could simply be a question, a decision, a last goodbye. A real-life leadership lesson and one you won’t forget. You have the power to change a life and some don’t realize that power. Don’t take yours for granted. Live the Power of One each and every day.
