CMAA RECOGNITION

CMAA recognizes members who have achieved various milestones in their careers and as members of CMAA:

The Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation has been the hallmark of professionalism in club management since 1965 and is the cornerstone of CMAA’s member recognition program. It is a valuable and widely-respected mark of a manager’s commitment to professional development and the club industry.

The Certified Chief Executive (CCE) designation was developed to recognize those managers who have shown the ability to successfully serve as the most senior manager in a club.

The Master Club Manager (MCM) designation is a certification and recognition program for a special group of professionals who have made extraordinary and long-lasting contributions to the club industry.

Membership in CMAA’s Honor Society is open to club managers who: Achieve 400 additional credits beyond certification with a minimum of 150 credits from CMAA/CMI-endorsed education programs; have Professional membership status for a minimum of nine years; and successfully complete BMI IV or BMI V.

The 25 Year Club  is open to any member of CMAA who shall have been the manager of the same bona fide club for 25 consecutive years.

The Longevity Program recognizes men and woman who have been members of the Association for 30, 40, 50 and 60 years.

The Alumni Association is open to any member of CMAA, who prior to obtaining Professional or Alumnus membership, was a student member of the Association.
