News from the NECMA Regional Coordinator for Student Chapters
NECMA COMMITTMENT
The New England Chapter is highly committed to supporting the advancement of students of culinary and hospitality studies. The future of the Club Management profession lies in the energetic minds of these highly creative students. The New England Chapter is proud to support five extremely active CMAA Student Chapters, University of Massachusetts at Amherst; Johnson & Wales University, Providence, RI; Boston University, Boston, MA; University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH; and Newbury College in .
Brookline, MA.
The New England Senior Chapter (NECMA) extends an open invitation to all student members to attend the monthly meeting and education sessions. Complimentary attendance is extended to three students from each of the New England Student Chapters.
The New England Senior Chapter continues it support of the Student Chapter Members, and encourage their attendance and participation at the Annual CMAA World Conference through conference education grants to each New England Student Chapter Member through the reimbursement of the conference registration fee.

Scholarship Application & Eligibility Requirements Now Available Online

SCHOLARSHIP AND GRANT PROGRAM
Since its establishment, The Club Foundation has awarded or disbursed funds for significant purposes. Its Scholarship and Grant Program alone has awarded $250,000, for more than 100 scholarships to students enrolled in hospitality programs and who are pursuing managerial careers in club management. Student scholarships range up to $2500 each and grants to active CMAA student chapters range in award amount.
